Saw a lot of people talking about regulation and web3. To be clear, the problem isn’t the concept of regulation, it’s the execution. The SEC, for example, is attempting to apply rules built for 20th-century markets to 21st-century technology. That’s like trying to regulate airplanes with traffic laws. Just because someone sucks at the job though doesn’t mean the job should be removed altogether.
