“skating to where the puck is going” we see one successful friend.tech, we fund 15 more; all fail we see one successful pump.fun, we fund 15 more; all fail (generally) we see one semi-successful play-to-earn campaign, we push $12.5b into tokenized gaming; all fail we see a new memecoin being pumped by our leaders, we buy it; it collapses; we lose new users vcs see one semi-successful tge, we get hundreds of millions in early vc exits; nothing makes it to the next cycle; newcomers get burned we call tokenization “innovation”; we call “coins” any number of things depending on what narrative were currently pushing every cycle, someone goes to jail (several) musical chairs for YEARS; now we expect whoever remains here to be “in it for the right reason” they are here to maximum extract & get as rich as conceivably possible in the shortest period of time possible that’s what gets funded; that’s what generates revenue; that’s what our leaders push why would it be any different?

Yup, totally agree. Everyone in the space right now be it VCs, teams, or influencers just wants to extract as much as they can and run off with a ton of money. They prey on the original dream of crypto that anyone can make it and take advantage of the naive. And it’s only going to get worse from here now that the government has taken a liking to it.

I’m not here for any of the above specifically. Hopefully, I will get rich or at least make a living at some point. I am here to write knowledge and art about the automobiles onchain in a decentralized fashion. Preservation for the future. That is my mantra. Alrighty, no one knows how to drive a model T or even a stick shift. This is not cool.
