They filed for a Gensler ETF but it was denied

I looked into it closely at the time and it turned out to be a truncation issue.  It was originally classified as

BLOCK OF ASSETS

but the form truncated it to 12 characters.

tbh, i think id like to see coinbase push base (and subsequently eth) more, and circle to go public before an eth etf goes live

i.e., i think we need pubco attention first
