i read like 40% of red rising in a weekend maybe 6 months ago & then didn’t pick it up again—kinda felt like it was a little elementary & too pg-13 hunger games

i picked it back up 3 days ago when i saw it pop up on the feed & just finished it now; couldn’t put it down 

once you accept it for what it is, the words glide off the paper—such an easy & casual read, bound to have you lost at least 2x for several hours each

just ordered the second book; would highly recommend for a vacation/leisurely quick read

fellow weebs, give this series a go 

it would be perfect for wit studio (attack on titian, vinland)

it’s cinematic, landscape, tech-induced combat, emotional—right up there ally

unfortunately it will probably go to amazon or netflix to be ruined
