Topic of the day /sense Health: My day with a short meditation to clear my mind and reduce stress. After that, I drink a glass of water with chia seeds to boost my energy. For breakfast, I enjoy oatmeal with fruits like bananas or apples. I avoid sitting too long, so I take breaks to stretch or move around during the day. To stay hydrated, I drink green tea or coconut water. When I feel sick, I make a natural remedy like turmeric milk, which helps with colds. I also take short naps to give my body time to heal. At night, I switch off screens an hour before bed and read a calming book. Good sleep is key to staying healthy. @tylerfoust.eth
