Parent company Consensys has long floated the idea of launching tokens for its verticals, including MetaMask, in an attempt to drive “progressive decentralization.”

“If we ever do it, it’ll be advertised directly in the wallet. You’ll be able to find a link directly in the wallet,” Finlay said on Wednesday.
