my favorite restaurant where I live is a rum bar called Sailor. They don’t have a “kitchen” so they serve a whole menu of raw seafood,, however they also ‘sous vide’ wagyu and octopus and then hit it with a huge torch to finish it. They have these crazy seafood tins too 🐐 🐐 🐐
