šŸ”„ šŸ‡®šŸ‡³ Internal turmoil, India preparing to have a new Crypto policy? Currently, India does not have a specific Crypto law, but there are some strict regulations such as: - Imposing high taxes of up to 30% on Crypto income. - Crypto companies must register and comply with anti-money laundering & terrorist financing standards. The country is rushing to build a more complete legal framework, but is facing difficulties due to internal conflicts, divided into two camps: Pro-Crypto side: Securities Commission of India (SEBI) supports and wants to legalize and build a Crypto management framework. Anti-Crypto faction: Meanwhile, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) wants to completely BAN Crypto and stablecoins, because they cause risks and instability to the economy. To resolve the conflict, the government of this country is consulting with other countries around the world and will soon publish a document to clearly show its stance for or against Crypto in September.
