Really interesting to hear about an established studio leveraging blockchain for what I think it beat offers to /gaming, a global ledger and global identity/reputation for all players. 

"EVE Frontier is, at its core, a survival MMO on a single, shared server." Blockchain allows players to set up smart contract-based game elements and interact with HTML5 GUI

"A game using blockchain, not a blockchain game"

Let players expand monetary policy on a single shared server, "creating an MMO which can be modded by players server-side, not just client-side" sounds like gaming coming full circle for @vitalik.eth

One thing I wasn’t sure (sorry if it’s been covered in the article, reading is hard) about is whether this is a separate instance or part of the main game?
