so many replies in this post uncovered some blind spots for me. i wish i could've done this a long time ago.

i can only imagine how much more valuable this would be for a startup founder.

The events are cool but I feel like I'll never be able to make them due to scheduling.

I'm not sure about collecting things but I'm not a big collector. I might be interested in supporting indie game devs for games that look promising.

Maybe someday. All I know is if someone started posting about a game they are working on I'd pay attention to that for sure.
