Yes. Depends who you're talking to and what you are emphasizing. Network emphasizes reach/connectivity/global access, chain emphasizes rigidity/immutability/money imo

It feels odd to use the words interchangeably in e.g. docs, blog post, marketing content…feels like consistency is important, particularly for folks less familiar
