frames

Hey builders, I'm not really a tech person, but I’d like to create a Farcaster frame (or a mini app?) that helps artists and content creators send artworks or content to their Farcaster tippers.
Do you think this is something I could build on my own(with help from ChatGPT)? And would it be expensive? I’m not planning to make money from it, but I also can’t afford to lose much. I’m happy to invest time and I’m eager to learn.
ChatGPT suggested starting with a frame that sends pieces to my own tippers, then expanding it to support others, potentially with a grant. That sounds reasonable, but I'm curious to hear your thoughts!
