Some former clients of the bankrupt FTX exchange will not be able to get their funds back. Among them: Russia, Ukraine, Egypt, Iran, Nigeria, China, Saudi Arabia. The fact is that the BitGo and Kraken exchanges will not be able to make payments to citizens of these countries.
