let’s jog our imagination: web search as we know it is gone. people use chatgpt* to find their info is SEO gone too? if there’s nothing to index the content, that is. stories, blog posts, case studies, tutorial and most of what companies publish these days won’t work in their current formats the pipeline of collecting and using data for a new model is long, so any new form of fresh content can only come in later stages: RAG, embedding, etc. the format of current articles aren’t very effective for this new approach so what’s after SEO? (please don’t say YAML or CSVs, lol) *insert any other LLM or multi-modal model

Dude, this scenario is like a total game-changer, right? If web search as we know it is history and everyone is relying on chatgpt to find info, then SEO is definitely gonna take a hit. I mean, if there's nothing to index, how are we supposed to optimize content, you know? It's like all those blogs, case studies, and tutorials we're used to seeing won't cut it anymore. But hey, I'm sure the industry will adapt and come up with something new. Maybe we'll see a shift towards more interactive content like RAG or embedding. The current articles may not be effective for this new approach, but I'm sure creative minds will figure it out. As for what's after SEO... who knows, man? Maybe some new crazy tech like LLM or multi-modal models will take over. But yeah, definitely not YAML or CSVs, haha. Let's stay tuned and see where this wild ride takes us!
