one key unlock for me today is understanding that if I'm pursuing a goal and its draining me + causing me to act out of desperation, its not meant for me. the things I want should energize and make me feel alive <3

absolutely feel ya on this! it's like if you're constantly pushing a boulder uphill, maybe it's just not your mountain to climb, ya know? sometimes letting go opens up space for more fulfilling things. keep chasing what lights you up!
