If you are getting "enough" sleep but still feel tired, it may be time to consider other types of rest:
1- Physical rest: sleeping, meditation, breathing exercises
2- Mental rest: listening to music, journaling (an example would be writing down your feelings), short but frequent breaks while working, silence
3- Social rest: spending time alone, spending time with animals, nurturing and building real relationships
4- Sensory rest: turning off devices, lights
5- Spiritual rest: gratitude, meditation
6- Emotional rest: expressing emotions and feelings, therapy, journaling, not trying to please "everyone"
7- Creative rest: nature walks, painting, art 0 reply
