This photograph captures a wild horse I encountered, its spirit embodied in every stride across the open plains. Sadly, a few years later, many from this herd were rounded up and removed from the wild. I often wonder if this horse still roams free or if its freedom was taken. This image serves as a reminder of the fragile beauty of the wild and the importance of preserving it.
