Casting the right actors is one of the most important decisions I make. Each actor brings their unique energy and interpretation to the role, and part of my job is to guide them in bringing their character to life in a way that aligns with the story I want to tell. It’s a collaborative process that involves understanding their strengths, coaching them to find the emotional core of their character, and creating a safe space on set for them to explore and express their performance. The chemistry between actors is vital, as their interactions are what drive the narrative forward.
