Telegram has announced that it is temporarily shutting down its in-app wallet for UK users due to a corporate restructuring.  This restriction will continue until the company is registered as a crypto asset provider under FCA regulations.  During this period, users can transfer their funds to foreign wallets without fees.  Also, Telegram has recently announced that it will share users' information with legal authorities if there is a valid legal request.  Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, considered these changes necessary to protect users from criminal activities.
