How I look at fitness: 1. It’s a non-negotiable. There’s no choice of not being active 2. Mix it up with different kinds of workouts to keep in fun and non-monotonous. I mix cycling, yoga and MMA on every week. 3. Best solution to deal with stress personally. Helps remain fresh and with a clear mind at all times!
