- Rafah advance will happen, we're preparing for people to be displaced again - Currently 1.3m+ people that is an area twice as dense as NYC - Pre Oct 7th it was a city to 300k people. - We're co-ordinating with Israel's COGAT on our movements. This does not guarantee our teams won't be targeted again.

- We've had visibility of everything that Israeli controls have turned away from Aid we & others are sending - Crutches, Wheelchairs, Baby incubators & much more, essentially all items which provide mobility/life saving ability are being turned away. - No cash in ATMs anywhere - Crypto solves this, I am pushing for it

- Over 600,000+ people need URGENT surgery, this isn't surgery that can wait for a ceasefire, this is surgery to save your life. - Sanitation - Mountains of human waste - The knock on effect of disease that children/population will contract due to their surroundings is massive.

- Food. Very little to None. There isn't any robustness in the markets/supply chain of what's coming in to sustain local market dynamics for cash to be distributed so people can purchase anything - & when they can, the prices are unbelievable. - The big one - Hamas. We see 0. Either they're dead or gone to ground.

Next steps - We are still lobbying for strikes to stop so aid can be scaled properly by every NGO that's there. The UN is present on the ground and liaising with us & our peer orgs. We have raised in the tens of millions (Not in Crypto) - But the need is vast & ever increasing each day, famine is also truly days away.

Iāve also had confirmed that some of the briefing will be made available soon in video form & we are revising our response plan for the upcoming 12 months with what we currently see happening - We actually released our plan to a few of our existing donors pre Irans strike, but the goal posts have since changed.
