1. You must have a class for NFT artists, from the lowest class to the highest
2. Artists must have a prominent artistic character, for example in art it must look beautiful and the meaning that arises in the art must be clear. 
3. Classes for artists should be different, aimed at beginners, seniors and pros, (so that they can all get the title of champion in different classes)
4. Their MARKETPLACE must be clear, neatly arranged with what they make so that their sales can soar. 
5. Participants who take part in the competition must have an ID card for their class.
