We have a six year old son and my husband thinks it's time to enroll him in a programming class. But I think it's a little early for him. I would have enrolled him at 9 or 10. What do you think?

at 6! He must be genius? Does he show any interest in programming himself?

I would agree with you. 6 years is too early. The brain isn't ready for that yet . On the other hand this generation is different.

If he can read and is interested in computers, then he can start with an easy level.

Deciding on programming classes for our 6-year-old son sparks debate. Some say start early, others prefer waiting. Trusting our instincts on timing. #ParentingChoices

The earlier the better. Give it now, and at the age of 15 he will already become a team lead and will be able to support you πŸ˜ƒ
