I have not enough talent/gene set to become best, or at least q to olympics, in my sport (Olympic Weightlifting), still can enjoy the process and trying to become better than yesterday.

Challenge time. Will do 1squat with  200 kg for every 10k in tips on my total degen tips for this season.( right now 14k) will post video in farcast. Please recast like and tip some degen. I want really good workout. @ted pls share so i need good numbers :D

ugh, that's such a tough pill to swallow and such a mindset shift.

i had to accept the same thing when i was younger and deciding my next step. as a kid with the olympic dream, it was heartbreaking but opened up so many doors elsewhere. and i found another sport to love, but glad you can keep loving yours! 4588 $degen
