we observed an attack on moxie over the past few hours by @slezisatoshi and @lyttrushin 

the attack led to millions in trading volume of fan tokens and 3,668,701 MOXIE to be burned from fees, taking total burned MOXIE to 21,905,451 in total. 

We have implemented a fix and shut down this type of attack.

As part of the fix, all tx fees from sales of fan tokens will no longer be released immediately as sold, rather will be part of everyday rewards claims. Any fees earned in malicious ways will not be released, and will instead be burned.

Okay quick question then:
Does this mean the 2.5% in fan tokens sales that would have gone directly to my wallet is now an Everyday Reward?

If so, for those of us who take pledged not to take ER, are we also now forgoing token sale commissions?

Or did you earmark those as separate, so I just claim them instead of receiving directly?

It's from before you changed the sharing percentage, today's claim should be 0 as you've shared everything with your fans. Once we plug in the sale fee you'll get the claim again. Hope makes sense, I feel like I'm rambling a bit 😅

At the moment it's being kept in a pool. Once we're ready it will be added to the everyday claims.

okay, so let me ask plainly:

are sale commissions (from fan tokens sold) now part of the Everyday Rewards?

ie, for those of us who agreed to divert 90% of our Everyday Rewards to fan tokens holders, are we also forgoing sales commissions?

They will be next week 🫡 at the moment they're earmarked and kept in a pool, once we're with the code we'll add it to the everyday rewards, also counting for the days since the switch.

tell me plain, blondie: as configured, will I get to keep my portion of the fan token sale fees?
