Problem: 
Like many of you I am concerned with the liquidity puppet show we observe recently. Long story short, current liquidity is not enough to incentivize building during the low season/cycle:
– its an issue of total liquidity amount, so it makes sense to optimize its movement;
– but on the other hand it often feels liquidity is directed by wrong hands which for example prioritize memes over tech (I am not stating should always be the opposite tho – case-sensitive);
– even if the liquidity is directed adequately, it feels cabal for the most of the market participants.

I have a whole sequel of solid projects to launch. I worked hard and relentlessly on them experiencing money issues. But I now refuse to launch them in these conditions, because they like many others I mentioned recently do not deserve ignorance over some memes. And waiting until the high season also should not satisfy me.
