More than 60% of cryptocurrency investors in Indonesia are Gen Zers and Millennials between the ages of 18 and 30, according to data from Indonesian regulators. A research published by Kompas.id, a local Indonesian media outlet, claims that cryptocurrency is growing in popularity among young Indonesians, particularly those in the Gen Z and Millennial age groups. According to data from Bappebti, the Indonesian Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency, up to 26.9% of cryptocurrency investors will be between the ages of 18 and 24 by September 2024. At the same time, 35.1% of investors are between the ages of 25 and 30.
