she was bold, outspoken, and had a fiery personality. she would say rude things to me, punch me, and kick me playfully. there was something about her wild and unpredictable nature that drew me in, though. i was young and foolish, easily swayed by the excitement of something new and different.
one day, the chinese girl and i were left behind the class because we both couldnโt pass american history. i don't remember exactly what it was in history that we couldn't grasp, but it didn't matter much at the time. my gf passed the test, but she was waiting for me to pass the retest.
but my gf had to leave to pick up something from the bookstore. the bookstore wasn't within walking distance, so she had to take the shuttle. it would take about 45 minutes for her to go there and come back.
