It feels like a steady level of energy throughout the day instead of spikes of ups and downs with caffeine. At least that's what I experienced myself as well as hearing it from other people who removed caffeine too

this is why i stopped coffee for now. 

spikes and crash were not helping me stay calm mentally, physically

so far so good

so what happens when you need that extra jolt of energy to actually get up in the morning? ( i know i do 😭)
