i think the idea of a governance token as an “internet native IPO” makes a ton of sense for projects and it would be great to see US laws adapt to support this

It’d be interesting to see how laws evolve to accommodate this model. Do you think traditional financial systems would embrace it, or will it take a lot of pushback to make it happen?
