The man who raised me use to create wooden carvings with faces, deities and more. He would carve based on what his mind saw in the wood, just like I created my Art based on what I see in the photographs I take.

When I think about the way I use wood and how my Transmirrored Art works, it almost feels like I’m doing the same thing, it’s almost like his gifts passed to me as strange as that sounds.

The correlations are just…. Odd
