😎 Coinbase is suing the SEC and the FDIC Representatives of this crypto exchange said that regulators, namely the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), are trying to cut off the crypto industry from the banking sector and are not complying with the Freedom of Information Act. The lawsuit also refers to past requests for Ethereum and determining the status of that asset. I wonder how this will end for Coinbase.
