Topic of the day Health I take a few minutes to stretch as it wakes up my muscles and gets my blood flowing. For breakfast, I prefer oatmeal topped with chia seeds and flaxseeds and fresh fruits like berries. This combination is rich in fiber and healthy fats giving me sustained energy throughout the morning. Lunch is often a balanced meal of grilled chicken or fish, served with a quinoa or brown rice salad, and plenty of vegetables like spinach, tomatoes, and carrots. I try to include healthy fats, such as olive oil or avocado, in my meal to help with digestion and satiety. In the afternoon, I avoid heavy snacking but may reach for a handful of almonds or a piece of fruit if I need something quick. I also try to move every hour by doing light stretches or walking around the house or office to avoid feeling sluggish.
