More than one million new tokens have been launched since April over 372,642 new tokens cropping up on Eth ,327,553 were launched on Base. while over 640,000 new tokens, "466,914 were memecoins",were launched on Solana. TVL on Base has surged around 630% since the beginning of this year primarily driven by memecoins.

Eigenlayer launches EIGEN token but it’s nontransferable till September EIGEN will become transferable in the coming months. The tentative target date for these implementations is Sept30.
