Several French government websites are down as a result of a DDoS attack. Among the affected sites are the Administrative Court of Paris, the website of the French Ministry of Health and the page of the Court of Cassation. According to initial reports from Entropia Intel, the attacks are believed to be a response to the arrest of Telegram founder Pavel Durov in France on August 24.
