Day #7 no sugar update: - Dinner: Parmesan crusted trout, broccoli - Snack: I honestly forget - Exercise: day off 🫂 - Murdery Vibes: 8.2/10 🤬 Yesterday was a struggle all around, but that day is over... we forge ON! Some RESULTS: - down -8.7 lbs - sleeping great - mental clarity 8/10 LETS. FUCKING. GO.

It's been 6 months which i quit sugar. Once in a month i have the cheat day and trust me it will be easy after a while. I used to eat all kind of junk food and other stuffs. But i lost about 60 pounds now and no backache anymore lol
