You think sbf deserves less than 3 years?

Yea. It’s not like he gets to keep the money he stole. The money saved from housing prisoners could be reinvested into post-prison programs to prevent repeat offenses. Long probation would be ok.

I think people as smart as stealing millions will be able to hide money away somehow, not all of them but some at least.
