I do. So on good days I can make it 38 hours. On not as good days. I go literally 24 hours to the minute. I probably should have gone 24 hours yesterday, because of how stressed I was all day. My oura ring said there was something wrong with me this morning. I was like yep there’s your sign. lol. No more 38 hour fasts. 😆

Made some of my food for today: Ate the one with the cheese already. The yogurt is for 930. I made it 38 hours without food. Fast days are not fun.

GM So I‘ve been taking some time off from Warpcast and I’ve come to the following conclusion. Social Media really destroys your „Focus“. Getting away I’ve been able to „lock in“ and made huge progress reading The Silo as well as learning a few new songs on the guitar. I’ve destroyed that „muscle memory“ of picking up the phone and automatically clicking on WC. The concept of leaderboards is such a trick to get you „sucked in“ I’ve had more time to study and improve my poker game and have been running deeper in tournaments.
