New home inventory in the Southern US is officially ABOVE 2007 levels, at 293,000, according to Reventure. In fact, 65% of ALL new homes for sale are currently listed in the South, primarily in Texas and Florida. 😕😕

What does that mean for the south? 20 $degen I live in the Midwest and seems like houses are going up as well.
