Switching people from dead end helocs to heloans to potentially save their homes.

The Rest. I created a channel for homies called /homie that’s mostly me babbling.  My favorite thing to do is play Minecraft with the nephew. 

Fixed interest rate, principal and interest payments. Helocs are variable and they’ve been going up (they won’t soon but they also won’t go down fast enough to seriously impact wallets

Heloans are new to me. How are they different from helocs?
