my thoughts on making degen lock up better

1. get a degen allowance based on your % of staked degen in the pool 
2. 50% of your degen allowance can be tipped, other 50% is claimable by the staker next airdrop
3. if you don't tip your allowance you can't claim your airdrop (if you tip 10% you can claim 10%)

Would you claim immediately (when tip received) or as the vest continues (so would it be time bound?)

This idea sounds like a good one.

don't see a reason to change the claiming? keep it the same as it is now?
