Two new settings for channel hosts

Manage feeds
- Ability to turn off the Trending feed for your channel

Manage channel passes
- Ability to turn on a channel pass and change the price. You'll need to have channel norms set.

Available on web (not on mobile) by clicking the pencil icon on your channel page.

PSA - we're going to start experimenting with channel passes in /base this week. we'll be rolling it out in a thoughtful way, but given the scale we're operating at, we need to keep experimenting to ensure quality remains high.

Again,  what’s the goal in mind? What happens if you have (which i can understand if you don’t) a person who is interested in expressing points but may not be able to afford the pass to cast in the channel? 

It’s not that I’m against this. I’m confused as to how this can bring diff demographics.
