There's that terrible term which was briefly very popular a few years ago: "gamification" It was tiresome and patronising to the end user but I think so many people in crypto will be tempted to use it since blockchain technologies make monitoring user activity so easy

I take the Bogost approach to gamification: it is not playability. any brand that uses gamification have already lost and feedbacks reflect that. if only there were a method to quantify sentiment other than sample-based polls.
