ITAP of a mask station today. Was surprised at how sad it made me to see it. What is the word for negative nostalgia?

Sadstalgia. I did some research. "Negative Nostalgia" actually means "nostalgia for a past that never was" or "sentimental longing for a past that may never have existed." It is also sometimes referred to as "invented memory" or "pseudomnesia." So PTSD is a better phrase.

PTSD it is. Invented memory - that shit is real too. I feel like it happens to everyone to a certain degree.
