Some thoughts:

* Make allocations scale a bit with price - reduce when price goes up
* Make allocations even more democratic - more to small accounts
* Give more to those that use the majority of their allocation
* Incentivize better content through content quality analysis

On that last point, ideally we identify content "we want" (obviously subjective) and increase allocations to those that tip that type of content. I assume we want more thoughtful posts, art posts, funny meme posts, great frames, cool games, WC/FC promotions, etc. ... and perhaps fewer straight up giveaways an raffles.

"we" in this case is the larger WC/FC community... but clearly it will be the $degen team (ideally collabing with the WC team) making the implementation decisions.

So allow folks to delegate to others or even bots? Brass tacks: specifically, who would a busy person delegate their tips to?

who is "we"? just let delegates tell people what they will use the tips for, including incentivizing different kinds of content. let subject matter experts receive delegated tokens to distribute them

tipping tooling should reflect the value being tipped, delegations one solution that will re-distribute and concentrate
