Do people care about ERC-721 vs ERC-1155 anymore? If so why?

As I’ve heard in the past 3 years, ERC-1155 is generally a headache for indexers, marketplaces, and even wallets to implement as easily as 721s are. Not sure how that can affect user behaviors with product decisions. But I think Rodeo and Zora are making a strong case for them as low stakes collectibles.

Still very passionate about ERC-721 over here. Big fan of unique tokens having their own experience onchain & I think ERC-1155 does a comparatively poor job of that

They both have solid use cases. 721 with 6551 is a huge unlock and tons of options. 1155 is best of both 721 and 20 but on one contract

1155 are fungible (unless supply is 1), might work best for a collection of editions (different artwork editions on the same contract). I prefer 721 unless the work fits 1155 for *reasons* eg. I have a wip that works best as 1155.
