Hypothetical that I think a lot us are actually in: Got a busy life with work, kids, social, significant other etc Love sports, so play 1-2 times a week Would like to go to the gym 2x a week for 1 hr/session What do we do to keep it interesting but can also allow us to see results and motivate us to keep it up?

While waiting to replace my car rental today, learned two very important things regarding increasing you max pull ups: 1. Don’t do until failure 2. Increase # of sets, decrease reps Very simple, but don’t think a lot of ppl know this.

Almost everyone underestimates how important attention is in the modern world. Even with consensus in crypto that attention is everything, I think that in general ppl overlook the impact it has. The old saying “all news is good news” has never rung more true.
