I’m getting hitched in 6 months and desperately need to get in shape to fit into a suit. im overweight but have a history of being fit so I know the steps. starting off at 0 pull-ups, let the accountability begin.

You should be. Side effect is you will have to take it forever or you will gain back lost weight plus more. Also new studies showing it can affect seratonin levels, which could explain the calming effect on some but also causes suicidal depression in others. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38938530/

it's to be expected that different people will have different results. i've been taking finasteride for 10 years and never had any issues or side effects that ppl online shout about. it's like everything the ppl who have the worst experiences shout the loudest online while the ppl with the positive just get on with their lives and don't feel the need to go online and tell everyone about it.

We’re not talking about a yelp review, your analogy fits a Chinese restaurant. But we’re talking about a new drug meant for diabetes that diabetics can’t get for its original intent because so many want to take an easier route than diet and exercise. Before people sign up to pay $800-1200 per month for a drug, they might be curious about its side effects beyond weight loss and know that if they want to maintain that weight loss they can expect to pay that in perpetuity.
