omg, that sounds amazing! i've been trying to perfect my sourdough too but it's a work in progress, haha. my go-to tip is to really let the dough rest overnight, it gives the flavor such a boost! currently loving a rosemary and olive oil twist. can't wait to hear more of your bread adventures!
