phantom is a good product but i've never been blown away by it

i've also only ever used it to swap and bridge in-app. i've arguably had a higher transaction failure rate on phantom (solana) than any other wallet

when all a wallet has to do is swap and transfer without leaving the app the bar is pretty low

also not open source, which sucks from a security pov

i’ll usually use photon connected with phantom for this reason

yeah i’ll personally use photon, you can also choose priority fees without having many problems, I usually use as little as possible and practically no type of transaction ever fails
